Galatix Internet Services is based in San Jose, CA, the computer capital of the world. It was founded in 2002 by Nathan Sheffield, who currently operates all of its services. Inspired by an introduction to the web in the 1990's, Nathan's interest in web technologies has grown with the technologies themselves. Now proficient in HTML and PHP, Nathan designs and programs web sites as Galatix Internet Services in his spare time.Why does it cost so little? Because the point of Galatix Internet Services is experience, not exploitation. The truth is that, despite what your current host may have you believe, web hosting and development shouldn't be that expensive. In addition, Galatix Internet Services doesn't have the overhead costs that many companies do. Support is offered on a personal basis, not on timed employee hours. We pass these savings on to you.
